Hi, I am Broker and owner of Realty One Corp. My Father started the company in 1956 and recently retired. I am a Wichita native, graduated from WSU and have been in sales for 20 years. I am currently married, residing in Derby with a daughter in college. My husband, also a Wichita native has been working with me in the real estate business for 9 years. As you may already know only about 4% of loan modifications are being successfully completed under the federal Making Home Affordable Program. That’s just 31,382 loans nationwide.
